    Hello, I am using the QI theme. When I use the full-screen menu option, there’s an issue: when I add a dropdown menu under a parent menu, the parent menu is no longer clickable. It only opens the next screen but not the same one. Can you please help fix this issue? It’s important and an urgent fix.

    Hello,

    The link is disabled so the dropdown menu could be opened on click. Otherwise, by clicking on the parent menu item, the user would be taken to the link of the menu item and the dropdown menu wouldn’t be shown. We recommend adding a parent menu item which will not link to any page and adding submenu items with links under that item (please see screenshot).

    Hi,

    Please understand that this is not a bug, it is supposed to have this behavior. As previously mentioned, we recommend adding a parent menu item which will not link to any page and adding submenu items with links.
