• We have contacted Elementor, however they suggested contacting yourselves as it has to do with the Sticky Menu Header…

My client is experiencing issue on their PC… please follow these steps to replicate issue:

    1. From here https://www.graph.evoco.design/ scroll down page and click on ‘learn more’ (just above footer, refer to this screenshot: https://www.graph.evoco.design/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/screenshot-2-2020-01-17-2.png ) then it takes you to next page ‘Why Graphite’ see screenshot: https://www.graph.evoco.design/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/screenshot-4-2020-01-17-4.png ), from this point please do not scroll down, simply hit ‘Back’ button on your browser

    2. When taken ‘back’, you will be in the same scrolled down position (where clicked ‘learn more’ above footer see screenshot: https://www.graph.evoco.design/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/screenshot-5-2020-01-17-5.png ), however upon going back, see sticky menu blue header background disappears?

Note: This works fine when I try same steps on my Mac in Chrome and other browsers it works ok, menu is visible and background blue is not disappearing when i follow same steps. This only occurs on clients PC with them using the below machine and Chrome version etc:

Browser is: Chrome Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) (I have also just tested it on IE and it seems fine there).
    PC: Surface Pro 4 i5
    Operating system: Windows 10 Pro

Client did a test on Internet Explorer and it works ok. Just issue seems to be in Chrome. Is there something we can do to resolve this?

Hi, sorry for the delay responding to you. I’ve had a very busy work week.
This issue has come up once before and I believe it happens because the effects are not applied until the user scrolls down past a certain point. Simply hitting the back button takes you straight back to your position on the previous page. Technically no user scrolling has happened yet so the effects are not applied.
To solve this we are looking into adding code that checks page position & if page position =+ set scroll distance then apply effects.
Unfortunately this is the nature of that exact browser situation. Hopefully we can find a work around for this and update soon.

Not sure if this is achievable… but out of curiosity is there any chance of there being a temporary fix, perhaps some CSS code that will do the trick until an update comes around?

This should be fixed in the next update.
