    Hi Jan,

Thanks for the screenshots. Custom Classes should work so I will need some more information.

Are you using a caching plugin?
Did you save the menu structure after adding the class?
Please can you post a link to your site so I can take a look?

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi,

Please try add class to menu and use inspect to check. My site don’t use cache plugin. I still did on local.

    Hi Jan,

I’ve double checked here and the custom classes are working as expected (we leave core WordPress to handle that bit of functionality).

In your screenshot, you’ll see 3 dots between the classes, highlighted here:

Can you double click on the classes to expand them all? Or look in chrome instead where the classes will not be “compacted”?

    Hi,

I see your plugin add prefix “mega-” to class not original class https://prntscr.com/l6lc4s

    Hi Jan,

If you have “Prefix Custom Classes” disabled (under Mega Menu > General Settings) then you should also find the original class on that element. Can you see if it is there?

    Tom
