Menu Item not disappearing

  • Hi,

    I have selected the ‘Appearance’ menu button to not be visible in the menu admin section of agca.

    Although it should not be visible, it still appears. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

  • Hi,

    Please make sure that menu is actually turned on. That’s the first option on Admin Menu page. Other than that, please check other options on General tab. Make sure that “Exclude customizations for admin” option is not checked when you’re previewing changes.

    Hi,

    Its definitely all turned on and set up correctly because everything else is being hidden as it should be. Its just the appearance button which won’t hide for some reason.

    Do you have any other idea what could be the problem?
