Hello,
You have to add Custom Links in menu and link should be # of the specific section where menu item is to be sent.

Hello,
1) Just add a custom ID to the specific sections.

2) Then go to Appearance > Menus and use the a custom links option to add the section link to your menu items:
For example: you have a site url: https://something.com/
After the last “/” put “#html-id”.
Then your url becomes: https://something.com/#html-id. This html-id is the id of the section you want the menu to scroll down to.
