menu items appears expanded in mobile view

There is a problem with the menu in mobile view. The menu is always in expanded form and does not collapse even after trying to collapse it explicitly hence giving a bad impression to the users. Majority of my users are mobile users who are experiencing a problem in accessing the website seamlessly. Could you please provide a resolution at the earliest
