Menu items disappear after activating User Menus

    I would like to use User Menus to show “Hello, {username}” in the WordPress menu.
    Regretfully with User Menus activated, all other menu items having both “Who can see this link? and “Display Mode” on Everyone, disappear.

    After de-activating User Menus the lost menu items reappeared.

    @hansvm Sounds like there may be a conflict somewhere. We are not aware of any other reports at the moment, but are happy to investigate.

    That said I am not able to duplicate it on a fresh install and there are no other reports that seem to match this one, which means it is something specific to your site. Some plugin or theme that is not being used together with our plugins elsewhere would be my guess. That would rule out popular plugins and themes.

    I’d try the Health Check plugin’s Troubleshooting mode to test with just User Menus active and see if the issue remains, if not start activating other plugins one by one until it reappears.
