menu Items not updating

  • Hi,

    For some reason the items in the menu will not update when they are changed, if I delete an item it appears to vanish and when we save nothing happens, this occurs as well when we add menu items, I did increase the memory to 128 and this has not helped.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

  • Hi @barlee,

    Have you checked by changing the current theme to default theme? Please check if the problem still appears with the default theme.

    Thanks, I did that and noticed the menu then worked as normal. I may need to contact the theme developers.
