• I built a single page website using the Parallax theme and the site is great except for one thing. When I click on a menu item it doesn’t scroll the page to the appropriate section, it just stays at the top. Here is the how I configured the menu urls: https://www.carolina-cajun.com/#services, https://www.carolina-cajun.com/#about, etc. I originally had it without the www, and it was suggested to me that maybe that was my problem, but even after I added the www, it did fix the issue. I’m pretty frustrated because I am new to WordPress and am encountering a lot of problems. I’ve been able to work through most of them but this one has me stumped. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you purchase the parallax theme from a vendor (i.e. not from www.ads-software.com theme repository)

If yes, I recommend that you contact the theme support team.
They would be best able to answer questions about how to set up theme to get the menu and pages to work properly.

I’m with lisa. If those links aren’t working it likely means something is happening with the id which would be set within the theme. Even if you did get it from www.ads-software.com though you should probably get help directly with the theme developer as it could be a bug in their code that they will want to address or they may have specific instructions to guide you to working it properly.
