Menu Keeps resetting

I have a site, where I have customised menu, it only contains categories, however every time I set it are the primary menu after a while it resets. And the standard loaded.

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the issue or whether there is a plug-in or something where I can force the primary to be loaded.
