Menu layers – one element hiding another-

    My site: https://www.hola-china.net/wordpress/

    Notice on the top right, there is a menu called, Country info:
    On hover, it drops down a menu… however that menu is being hidden by the main navigation, or the red bar down the middle of the page! After Colombia, there should be a Argentina link- which is currently hidden!

    Would this be a z-index issue?
