Menu link color, same page, anchor links

Hi,

The problem is, on the main page I have 2 jump links (anchor link, jumps down on the same page) in the primary menu, in a transparent header. Now I have 2 active links in the menu, both have the active link color. It looks quite odd.

I guess the problem is, the transparent header design option does not have individual Active link color setting like the Menu color settings (that has Normal, Hover, Active).

Any way to handle this on the UI other than using css?
