Menu links are not jumping to the right section of the page

    Hi

    So Iˇve made a transition to Neve and moved the main page (I have a one-pager).
    The Contact menu item is not jumping to Contact page section, but it is jumping to the Products page section instead. The button “Contact” does the same – jumps to “Our Products” section.
    Iˇve tried the both options to fix it (“elementor menu anchor” and “section ID”), but neither seems to be working in in my case.
    Iˇve also checked the links, these should be correct too.
    Is the problem somewhere else and how to fix it?

    Hello @karinakukk,

    First of all, thank you for choosing Neve.

    I checked your website and discovered that this problem is caused by using the same id=”contact” in both the contact button and the contact us section of your page.

    So that is the reason why, whenever you click the contact us button in the navbar or the contact us button on the page, it shows you the button section instead of the contact us section.

    It does look like it is jumping you to the product section, but in reality, it is showing you the section where the button is placed.

    But don’t worry, you can solve this problem easily by changing the id of the button.
