Menu links to categories not working

Please, take my sincerest apologies for facing it! The issue is already reported to our developers, so they are investigating it right now and looking for solutions.

Meanwhile, as a possible workaround, can you please try to regenerate permalinks in WordPress? It might help. Please, upgrade Ecwid plugin to 6.12.16 version. Also, after upgrade clear caches in all plugins that you use.
