Menu Location

Can the theme support a menu switch for the blank canva with nenu?

Or would a better build be a new template (inspired by blank canva no menu) with a new header menu where the behavior allows

1. sticky menu
2. Desktop horizontal menu (no asides) (This is somewhat similar to Chaplin theme header)

I have registered a new menu location and created a new template- I figured a new custom header should be built that can be called in the template file or built in it with the no-title template.
