Menu, Logo and Icons Missing on Mobile Device

  • Hello,

    I have an Ares theme.

    Here’s my website: https://www.harmonyatl.com

    When I access my website on a mobile device, my logo header doesn’t show in the header. The menu in the header also doesn’t show…well, it shows as a rectangle with an X in it. There are 3 default icons (Box #1 Icon, Box #2 Icon, etc) that came with the theme, located in the middle of the page that also show up as a rectangle with an X.

    On a tablet: the menu, logo, and icons show up okay. But the phone number after “Call Today” doesn’t show up (though it’s still clickable). It’s in the CTA Heading 2 box.

    As for the logo, I’ve tried using a jpeg version (per other posting I read) but that didn’t work.

  • The Ares theme was last updated: May 19, 2015, which is before the December 8, 2015 release of WordPress 4.4 “Clifford”, so perhaps the mobile version of the theme is not compliant with the cahange that have occured.
    You could contact the developers directly on the themes support forum with your issues.

    Okay will do! Stupid question but how do I find the specific Ares developers forum? I can see a number of forums that relate to various Ares themes but wasn’t sure how to find the one where I’d be in contact with them directly. Thanks a ton for your help!

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone is able to help me with the issue I posted about the compatibility issues with my website: https://www.harmonyatl.com. Or if someone has an email address or contact number for the developers that would be helpful! I’ve not figured out how to find them on here. Thank you in advance for your help! I really like this theme and don’t want to have to change it.

    It seems like there are no images showing when it is on mobile, because not omly does your header image no show, none of the images in the body do either, except for the slider. This is a fault with the theme that the developers should be informed about.
