Menu messed up

Hi there,
Sorry for all the posts, I’ve been using the plugin a lot these last few days so just wanted to bring some things to your attention!
Have you come across this before where the menu items are messed up, see image: https://s4.postimg.org/cv6d9lx5p/WPCM_messedup.png
Not sure what caused it, although I did have the website open twice, logged in as one admin in Firefox and another admin in Chrome. This is a screenshot from Chrome.
