Menu Missing and Error MEssage

    I have tried to do the code snippet fix, it did not work for me. I do not have a menu and if I go into plugin and click on the settings link it gives me an “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error. HELP! ??

    Please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Connections and Code Snippets and rerun the code snippet. This ensures that no other plugins are modifying the WordPress user roles and their capabilities. Thanks.
