Menu Missing When Viewing Desktop Version on Mobile Phones

Hello,
When viewing my (full) site from mobile devices the sidebar menu does not come up. So far on the iPhone5 the menu flashes quickly then disappears. On an Android phone if you turn the phone landscape only then does the sidebar menu appears. Please advise.https://www.caliswahiliconnection.org
