Menu mobile

Hi there! I am using the Rife theme for a store.
I also use the Fibosearch plugin in the menu, but in the mobile version it doesn’t work, from their support they tell me that the problem comes from the template, since when I click the menu it disappears … I made a change for another template and it works ok. .. can you tell me how to solve it? I need to be able to type in the search engine in its mobile version. Thanks
