Menu mobile ne fonctionne pas

    Bonjour, J’ai un problème avec le menu hamburger sur mon site. Tout fonctionne parfaitement sur ordinateur. Cependant, sur tablette ou mobile le menu n’est pas cliquable. Je ne comprends pas d’où cela peut venir car le site est bien responsive, la page s’adapte parfaitement à la taille des écrans, il n’y a que le menu qui pose problème. Merci

  • Bonjour lauraf13, quoi que l’aide ici ce fasse habituellement en anglais, je vaiS tout de même essayer de vous venir en aide… cependant, commencez d’abord par m’expliquer, ce qu’est un menu “HAMBURGER” ?!

    I can help in English. The hamburger menu is a portion of your theme allowing that site to be mobile responsive. It is not advised that you make changes to the function of that menu.

    If it is not working, or something is broken, let me know.

    Hi ! Thank you. When I’m on mobile phone, I see the hamburger menu but I can not click on it to unwind. This area is not clickable, so I can not access the pages of my site. Thank you

    I can confirm that the mobile menu is not working on your site. However, if I install this theme on my own site it works fine, so this is not a problem with the theme. Something on your site is preventing that button from working.

    When I view your site’s source code in my browser at view-source:https://guepes-service-66.fr/ I see a lot of CSS that is not from the theme, and that was not added using the Additional CSS panel in the Customizer. And some of that CSS specifically targets the responsive menu on your site.

    Did you add that CSS to your site? How did you add it? Please check if your mobile menu works if you remove that CSS code to confirm if that is the problem.

    Hi, I have uninstalled, deleted and then reinstalled the site and it works perfectly again! Thank you so much !

    What is that CSS for, by the way? If you’re trying to make a specific change, let me know what it is and I can try to help you find another way to do the same thing.
