Menu Not Clickable

This is done as if no link targets were stored for the menu items. Check in the backend under Appearance > Menu whether targets are set for each menu item in the main menu. See: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/appearance-menus-screen/

If they are set, then it is probably due to your theme.
