Menu not collapsing fully on mobile devices.

    I had to recently rebuild the site from the ground up do to a hack, and am having some issues with the menu. Previously when I opened it up on a cell phone the top menu would automatically close down to a single button that said Menu. Now this happens but not all of the menu buttons get removed from the page. It will show the menu button and still have a couple links from the main menu.

    it looks like it was caused by some combination of settings in the Navigation Bar Settings. I unchecked everything and checked them back and the site changed and started working properly.
