Menu not displayed

  • I just switched to Enigma theme and first thing I noticed is that the menu doesn’t appear. In the customizer it shows perfectly, but not otherwise. I read some posts with similar questions, but none of those were helpful. Please advise, as the theme looks very impressive and I would like to use for this site. Thank you,

    Thanks for your prompt response. I did that. The menu was already created and I set to primary and sidebar menu in both places, but menu still just shows in customizer window. I’ll appreciate any other suggestions. Thanks,

    Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options -> here please select Main Menu With Side Menu Option from Display sidemenu selection box and save.

    Hello,
    I had already done that and just checked again. Still no menu. But it shows properly when in Customize screen. I think I have found and set all menu options, but no luck. If you have time, I can give you a login to investigate the site. This is a beautiful theme and I would like to be able to use it. Thank you.

    Thanks, I sent message at your URL. I wasn’t sure what email id to use in setting up admin account. There is one on the website, but I sent message to be sure. I’m lookng forward to your response. And I do appreciate your help.
