I’m helping someone who is using your theme who does not have a hamburger icon to open the menu, but instead shows the menu items, most like with the flex-direction set to column. It looks like it is happening at a breakpoint of 920px. Astra is one of the biggest free themes, so I would assume you would have a functioning mobile menu, but maybe this person turned a setting on or off.

I see 2 div tags in the header element both with IDs: ast-desktop-header and ast-mobile-header. Now he told me that he built the site with Elementor, but I’m only seeing Elementor classes below the header, the first being div.entry-content. I’m guessing he did something to turn off the button, but I can’t see from looking at the page. I have not been given access to the dashboard yet.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

So let me summarize: I do not see a hamburger icon to open the menu, I instead see the menu items stacked in a single column.

    Hi @kernix,

When I check the site above, I can see the Menu is created using Elementor. However, I assume it’s due to the missing Hamburger icon (Toggle Button) on mobile.

Well, please pass this over this doc to your friend.

Regarding the two div you see in the header, it’s for the Desktop and Mobile. It’s the expected and there’s nothing to worry about that.

Let us know if you need more assistance, otherwise please mark the topic as Resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

I know what those 2 divs are for, that’s why I mentioned them. The site owner must have since added Elementor functionality to the header. I guess the owner is building now – thanks

    No problem, @kernix! ??

Feel free to start a new thread if there is anything else related to Astra, we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
