Menu not loading correctly

Hi there – when the Ecwid plugin is enabled my menu is no longer loading correctly near the end. If I move the dropdown section not loading correctly it loads fine but the ones afterwards break. There are around 60 items which work fine on my live site and when the plugin is disabled.

I have also tried with different themes and all plugins switched off.

Any help to sort the issue would be appreciated.
