Menu not loading correctly

Hi there,

In my window when I edit the theme whether it be elementor or the customizer it loads my menu correctly above the banner image. When i load the page in other browsers, incognito tabs, or speed tests the menu loads in a stacked form not linear, please I have been struggling for about 2 days now playing with container widths etc.
