Menu Not Saving and Plug-ins Not Updating

Two issues I noticed today. I do not know if they are related though.

Issue 1: I went to change the order of my custom menu buttons and it will not save. For example my “forums” button was 3rd and I wanted to move it to 5th. It won’t save. Bottom of page continually says “waiting for vinylmationkingdom.com (my website)

I’ve been using this theme for awhile now and I do not recall any recent plug in updates.

Issue 2: I have 2 plug-ins that need updating and I get this message:

Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

And when I tried to just re-install the WordPress software hoping that would fix the issue, I get this msg:
