Menu not showing

Hello,

Sorry I realised I asked “How to backup” about a year ago.

But the menu is still not showing.

The steps I’ve taken to add a menu is as follow:
1. Create a menu section
2. Create a menu item
3. Add the menu item to the menu section
4. Add the menu section to a menu

But it is not showing ??

It sounds like you’re doing the setup right. Have you tried switching to a default theme, like TwentyFifteen, to see if it’s a theme conflict of some kind?

Also, are you loading the menu itself or a page where you’ve added the shortcode? If you’re going the shortcode route, double-check the shortcode is still valid.

Thanks for replying! I am not sure why, but I reinstalled the plugin and it worked. My server got infected by malware recently so I think maybe some problem caused the plugin to malfunction during the malware cleaning process.
