Menu not showing between 959px and 767px resized window

The responsive menu on my site (www.20watt.nl) starts working when a resized window hits 767pix or lower, but my normal navigation menu already disappears at 959px (=no navigation between those two resolutions!)
Is there a way to change this, so the mobile menu already takes over at 959px for non-mobile devices? (i.e. macs or windows PC’s – everything seems to work okay on tablets and phones)
I’ve already tried to edit some settings in options.php (max resolution change!) and checked responsive.css, but can not get it to work correctly.
