I am not able to see any menus I added to my website back-end and even I am not able to create a new menu. Though the menu I created earlier is showing.

Please guide me on how I can make it visible so that I can add new pages in main menu.

I think the problem is not with the theme because I activated another theme and the issue is still the same. I also deactivated all the plugins. This issue just came out of the blue

Let me know where I can share my website so that you can help me out. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks!

    Have you tried:

    – switching to the default 2016 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Thanks esmi, renaming the plugins’ folder solved the issue. But now I guess I have to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.
