• Hi everyone,

I am not able to get my menu to stick to the top on mobile. Works fine on desktop though. I have it enabled to stick on mobile in settings but it does not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I purchased the pro version strictly for this feature.

I emailed Support a few days ago and have had no response. Checked spam folder too.

I wish to JUST have the top horizontal menu bar sticky, not when it is expanded with the submenus. Nothing at all sticks though. The site its on, is decalstyling.com

    Thank you for any help

    Hi Jarod,

I replied to this soon after you submitted the ticket ( https://screencast.com/t/ZfwetZLB ), please could you check your spam folder again?

The sticky menu will be sticky even when sub menus are open (otherwise when it unsticks the menu will jump back into it’s original position, probably out of view to the user if theyve already scrolled down the page).

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hi Tom

Thanks for the prompt reply. I triple checked spam and there’s nothing, unfortunately. Is there somewhere on your site I can find your reply with the file?

    Thanks again!

    Hi Tom

Okay installed it. It is sticky on mobile now, but the problem is, since my sub menus are longer than the mobile devices screen, I cant scroll down through the submenus as they run off the screen. Is there a way to disable the sticky funtion once the menu has been selected so that it can be scrolled?

In other words, only make the menu bar sticky when its not in used (no menu expanded)?

    Thanks

PS: I currently have sticky on mobile disabled until I have a way to fix it, if there is a way.
