    I am avaluating the free version of Neve Web Agency Theme. I am having problems with the menu allowing anything more than 2-sub menu items to be selected.

    The 3rd item will display, but when on mouse over the menu closes.

    Is this becouse there is a limited when using the free version, as I cannot see any note to suggest this.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @2refinish,

    I have tried replicating this, but for me, it works well.
    Can you please provide us with a screencast of this issue?

    Thank you!

    Many thanks for replying, unfourtuantly I cannot screen save the problem.

    On https://2refinish.com if you mouse over ‘Restoration’ then move the mouse down, the menu closes before ‘Previous Restorations’ can be selected.

    I have tried using another theme and do not experience this issue, which makes me wonder if there is a limited to the amount of sub-menu items on the Neve Web Agency Theme.

    Hi @2refinish,

    I have checked again, under your cover image you have some menu items, and it overlaps with the last element of the dropdown. https://prnt.sc/10tlubq

    Please check into Customizer -> Menus if you have created a secondary menu that might overlap with the first one. Also, have a look at the Primary Menu to make sure that it contains the right pages.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for looking at this issue danamv.

    I have looked in ‘customise > menu’ and I only have a Main Navigation set as Primary Menu. I do not have a Secondary Menu active as far as I can see.

    This does seem to happen on all my pages and posts, which is really strange!

    Hello @2refinish

    This can be solved by using some custom CSS. Please try adding the following into Customizer -> Additional CSS:

    .header-menu-sidebar-inner .nav-menu-primary, .header-menu-sidebar-inner .nav-menu-secondary {

        display: none !important;
    }

    I hope it helps! Please let us know if this solves the issue.

    Thanks for the fix danamv.

    The fix has solved the issues I have been experiencing with the desktop menu, but the menu (mobile menu) has now stopped working for a mobile.

    Any further ideas we can try?
