    Hi,
to make it easier for you to identify the issue, I linked to your own demo page for the radiate theme.
When opened in Safari on my iPad, I can’t access the submenu under “Gallery”. I have no chance to get to “Tiled Gallery” and “Slideshow Gallery”.
(I have the same issue with the Radiate Pro theme).
On my iPhone it shows the “burger menu” and everything is working fine.
Is there any solution for this?

    Kind regards
    Andreas

  • Hey @bueringo ,

I checked our demo site on an iPad device but the menu seems to be working fine. Were you not able to access the sub-menu under Gallery on our demo page as well? Or, is the problem only with your site?

If the problem is on your site then I would suggest you to check by deactivating the third-party plugins once and if the problem still did not go away, please provide me with the link to your site.

If you have any queries regarding the pro theme then please contact us via our live chat support by going to this link: https://themegrill.com/contact/

The search on my blog has stopped working on PC, iPad or iPhone.

Also, I can’t open the widget admin page anymore, since last update.

    Thanks!

    Hi Bikalpa,
you wrote that you checked your demo site on an iPad. I guess you used a newer model? I’m talking about iPads using iOS 9.3.5. Apple doesn’t support the old iPads anymore. Latest possible version is iOS 9.3.5.
Since I’m not the only one who uses older devices, I wonder if there is any workaround to be able to display the website error-free on the old devices.

    Hey @bueringo ,

I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I again tested the demo on iPad Air 2 simulator and I was not able to use the hamburger menu, not only the menu item.

I will take this to our team to discuss it in detail and see if there is any problem.

Could you also contact us via our live chat by going to our official site as you mentioned the issue is appearing on the pro version as well?

    Hoping to hear from you.

    Hey @swizzler ,

Have you checked by deactivating the third-party plugins?
