Menu Not Working In Mobile

  • Hi,

    The buttons for hours, menu, cocktails etc. works fine on desktop, but will click but not load in mobile. Can someone please help?

    I’ve tested your menu, and it looks like it is not working even on desktop. Watch this:- https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uJdl2j

    As you can also in the video, there is a jQuery error. Try to isolate the issue by doing the following:

    1. Try to deactivate plugins one by one to check if there is a conflict.
    2. Try switching to a default WordPress theme.
    3. You can also use debugging plugin like Health Check and Troubleshooting.
    4. Make sure that your WordPress, plugins, and themes are up to date.

    Disabled all plugins and no luck. Oddly when I’m logged into the site the menu works fine, but if I open an incognito tab and load the page the menu does not work. Health check didn’t spot anything.

    Hi @y2japa,

    Based on what you said that it is working when not logged in, this might be a caching related issue.

    Check if you have a caching plugin or server-side caching.

    Try to temporarily disable it to test.

    I installed jQuery Migrate Helper and switched the settings to legacy and it seems to be working. Unfortunately there is no support for the theme, so an update is not coming. Does anyone know a proper solution to fix what jQuery does?
