menu not working on blog page

I read through the article but permalinks wouldn’t be affecting the menu.
The menu has custom links to each section of the website when on the front page. How do I go to those pages when on the blog page? This is a native feature of the theme. Thanks.

Unfortunately that plugin does not help.

Seems like this is a flaw of the theme or I have setup the menus incorrectly. Please advise if there is a way the menus need to be setup or if this is a known flaw.

You need to put entire URL in your menu like this: https://dastouri.ca/#aboutus instead of us #aboutus
