Menu not working on iphone

  • After the update of the plugins my menu is not working on iphone but it still works on android devices. What should i do the menu is not clickable on iphone.

  • I just tried your site on my iphone and it works. I tried changing the theme on my site since I was having the same problem, and the menu worked. I went back to the original theme, and it didn’t work. Next I disabled the two astra plugins that I had, the bulk edit and the widgets. It seems to be working now, so you might try that

    Hello thank you for your reply. Yeah actually it’s working now but on my friend phone only it doesn’t work i don’t know why. He has iphone xr ios 12

    he might try updating the ios — they are up to ios 15 now

    We had a known issue where the Toggle Button is not working on iOS 12 and iOS 11. We are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this.

    Anyway, we already fixed this and we should include it in the next update. If you would like to have the fix right away, please open a ticket through our Support Portal so we can provide you with the dev version that contains the fix.
