    When the plugin is activated, my menu in mobile view is not working until the pop up shows and is actively closed. After this, the website menu will work again. I prefer the pop up to show after 10 sec but this then causes my main menu to not work for 10 sec…

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to handle this bug.

    Thank you for your message.

    Could you, please, do the following?
    1. Clone the same popup and place it on a test page.
    2. Increase the delay a bit, to a minute for example.
    3. Send the page link the popup is placed on to us.

    I have tried that – for some reason it is only an issue when the frontpage is chosen (or all pages). I have set the timer for 10 sec now – that should give you time to see it (don’t like to increase it more as the site is active).

    Until the pop up comes on, the menu doesn’t work on mobiles. Ones the popup comes up and is either filled or closed, the menu works again.

    We would really need to have more time for the popup to understand the issue better. Could we maybe schedule a time when you can make the delay 30 seconds at least and we would be able to make the necessary check-ups at that time.
    Then of course, you can decrease the delay as you initially wished.

    Would that be okay for you?
