One of the menu-items (E-guides) in our main menu isn’t working on mobile. The menu has a number of sub-items, all of them custom links, but despite that the arrow is correctly shown, the menu item doesn’t expand when it’s clicked.
At first I thought that the problem would be related to the fact that all sub-items where custom links but adding another item doesn’t solve the problem.
On desktop the menu is working as expected.

  • Interestingly, the menu item has a class called “unclickable”. So something must be setting it there. Unfortunately, I can’t see where it comes from. It is included even if JavaScript is deactivated, i.e. it is already set when the page is displayed.

Do you see an option for this in the menu management?

Do you have any plugin in use that could change menus?

It is also possible that the commercial theme you are using is responsible for this. Then you should contact their support: https://product-help.mediavine.com/en/ – unfortunately, we can’t help you here in the forum.
