Menu on iPad

Hi,

The toggle menu should be shown on iPads, unless you only have 3-4 items in your main menu. I have this effectively working with this code, but it doesn’t expand/collapse as cleanly as it does on mobile – https://www.bootply.com/120604

Also can I ask – what’s the recommended method of adding custom css to this theme since it is already a child theme itself? Nice theme, but lacking in documentation.
