menu on my wordpress like the new v3.4 theme customizer ?

Hi all, thanks for anything.

I would like to have a menu similar to the accordion used in the theme customizer in wordpress 3.4. Not in the backend. In the frontend, as a navigation-tool on my wordpress-system. I assume it is browser-compatible and all.

I am also using the great plugin wp-ui – and if possible I would like to be able to use that as the content of the navigation tool.

The important thing is that it stays static on the page. That it acts like a frame.

Can anyone point me to a solution, besides googling a day or two ?
