Menu on photo?

OK, I found Widget -> Civic.
What is the difference between Widgets “none” and “modern”, I don’t see widget “modern”.

Can I change the cursor from the default arrow to another e.g. hand?

“Wigets” – it’s a user interface. “None” – no interface, only a scene.
Of course, you can change the cursor with custom css styles.
