Menu on smartphone

Hi, i tried to install an static home page (crated a new page and in the options changed the home page from the standard to this one; i create also another page for the posts) and it worked well.But on the smartphone the menu doesn’t work anymore. When you click on the menu bar to choose nothing happens…
