    Hi!
When the shift_nav menu is triggered, it opens behind the header image on the page. I can’t find a setting that needs to be changed in order to fix this so is there something I’m missing or something in my theme that is causing this?

Also, How do I remove the site title from the “shiftnav-main-toggle-content”? I have it removed from the pop out menu but can’t get it off of the main part.

Here’s a link to the test server I have set up.

    Thanks for the help!

  • I can help you with this one… it looks like there is an element with the id #branding with a z-index of 9999, therefore it displays as the top element above shiftnav.

If you make that value more reasonable in the css, you’ll be able to have shiftnav open up above the header image.

    Best,

Thanks for the reply! I figures it would be something that simple. I made the change and it is working now. Thanks for all the help!

Do you happen to know how to hide or display:none on the .shiftnav-toggle-main-block?
I thought that it might be something in the shiftnav settings but couldn’t find it.

    Thanks!

Glad to hear you got it sorted, and thanks for helping out, VerbGarden! ??

You can disable the toggle bar or the main content in the Control Panel ??

    Best,

    Chris
