Menu opens in different position

Firstly, this is a great plugin.

I have a slight problem in that when I open the menu, it slides out from the right hand side, but has changed position. It used to slide out below the 3 bar button.

It has now moved up to the top right hand side and slides out behind the 3 bar button.

Any ideas will be greatly received.
