Menu options missing in Customisation page

  • When I go to the customizing my web page there are options missing.
    I have Active theme Twenty Seventeen
    Site Identity
    Colours
    Header Media
    Menus
    Widgets
    Home Page Settings
    Theme Options
    Additional CCS

    There is no Typography option or Top Bar or General options.
    I am no sure how this has vanished, is there anyway to get them back? WP is up to date and no updates pending.
