Menu order seems to be prioritized

    Hello,

    I have recently installed your plugin and after sorting a product category in the backend it prioritizes the wordpress menu order instead of the manual sorting in the front end. Any idea as to what is causing this to happen?

    did you read FAQ #10? Can you confirm if you have reset the orderby directive?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    FYI the website I need it working on has alot of php added from an external party and the website is currently live so it’s a bit tricky for me to make changes as I’m by no means a php expert.

    It’s about ~850 lines of php they added and as far as I can see nothing from #10 in the FAQ leads to conflicts

    Custom code aside, your results are currently ordered with a custom directive.

    You can override that from the reorder page itself (see screenshot #5) and see if it works

    Hi,

    The “Override ‘orderby’ query attribute” is checked and can’t be unchecked on the reorder page but does not seem to be working.

    that’s odd. Are you getting any error msg in your js console?
