Menu Plugin as used in Thematic theme? any other suggestions?

Hi,

I like the menu used in the Thematic-theme and would like to incorporate this menu (or a similar one) into a theme I’m modifying.

Is the thematic-menu a plugin? If so, what is it called?

Could anybody recommend any other good dropdown navigation menu’s like this one?
