    This is because you have more menu items than available space for one line of items. In that case menu items will automatically float to a second line. So if you want to have only one line of menu items, simply remove one menu item or just shorten the text for your menu items.

    No, that isn’t possible with the free theme out of the box. The premium version of MH Magazine has something similar when the wide layout has been activated. You can see that for example in this demo and there are other theme demos as well.
