Menu Problems

Problem #1: Screen resolutions of 1600 x 900 & 1680 x 1050 are showing the drop down menu goes off to the right of the parent menu and cannot be clicked on this is in IE. These are on PC.

Problem#2: screen resolutions of 1440 x 900 show the mobile menu and not the regular menu.

Problem #3: Mobile menu will not keep the word menu in white on it so the user knows what it is and it hides behind the homepage slide show.
